Services for Dixie Carol Hefton, 67, of Hanson, formerly of Gentry, AR, were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, May 6, at the Pentecostal of Lone Star Church in Madisonville. Pastor Andy Carpenter and Bro. Terry Clark officiated, with burial in Hanson Cemetery in Hanson.

Mrs. Hefton died at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

She was a homemaker and member of The Pentecostals of Lone Star Church. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society.

Survivors include a daughter, Rhonda Hefton Clark of Hoschton, GA; three sons, Milford Hefton of Covington, GA, Gregory Hefton of Hanson, and Nolan Hefton of Mounds, OK; two sisters, Lois Ennis Helena, MT, and Ruth Kuelper of Gentry, AR; two brothers, Floyd Singleton of Tulsa, OK, and Gary Singleton of Gravette, AR; and 10 grandchildren.
