Services for Regis “Bud” Beiswenger, 75, of Hanson, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel. The Rev. Dale Ford will officiate, with burial in Frasier Cemetery in Clay.
He died Sunday morning, Aug. 24, 2008, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.
He was an Army veteran and member of Madisonville First Baptist Church. He retired from P&M Coal Company, Colonial Mine, where he worked as a mechanic.
Survivors include his caregiver, Velda Beiswenger of Madisonville; a daughter, Debbie and husband, Terry Rudd of Slaughters; a son, Regy and wife, Alice Beiswenger of Slaughters; three brothers, William Beiswenger, Patrick Beiswenger, and Donald Beiswenger, all of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Margaret Noel of Pennsylvania, and Rose Manrao of California; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday 8 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
