Sebree ‘Firecracker Run’ planned

The Sebree Chamber of Commerce’s 28th annual Firecracker Run is set for Saturday, July 4 at Sebree Springs Park. The event will feature a 10K run at 7:30 a.m. and 5K race at 9 a.m. with a Fun Run to follow. Entry fee is $12 per race ($15 after June 29) and only $5 for the Fun Run. Men’s golf league now underway

Wingshadow Golf Plantation near Dixon is currently offering a men’s league every Thursday beginning at 5 p.m. Women are also invited to participate. For more information call 639-5120.
