Marvin Scott, 50, of Providence, died Thursday, March 4, 2010, in Madisonville.

He is survived by one daughter, Melissa Renfrow of Morgantown; two brothers, Roy Scott of Evansville and Charles Scott of Providence; two sisters, Patricia Harmon of Providence and Catherine Gandy of Ocala, FL; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Townsend, Jones & Erdman Funeral Home in Providence with Pastor Ralph Alexander officiating.

Burial was in Green Grove Cemetery in Providence.
