Floyd W. Brinkley, 83, of Henderson, died Thursday, March 25, 2010, at the St. Anthony’s Hospice Center at Methodist Hospital in Henderson.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elanda Brinkley; one daughter, Drew Dodson of Henderson; three sons, Bill Brinkley, Bobby Brinkley and Allan Brinkley all of Henderson; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services were conducted at 6:00 p.m., Monday, March 29, 2010 at Immanuel Baptist Temple in Henderson with pastor Michael Eldridge officiating.
