A Texas resident was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies located her in the Sebree Cemetery last Monday.

According to a report from Deputy Shane Moore, he was patrolling in the Sebree area on Monday, Dec. 30 at approximately 8:30 p.m. when he noticed a vehicle parked in the cemetery.

Moore ran the plates on the vehicle and found that it had been reported stolen in Texas. Sherri S. Buckliew, 56 of Odessa, TX reported that she had borrowed the vehicle. She also revealed that there was drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

An officer from Texas confirmed that the vehicle was indeed stolen.

Buckliew was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property.
