Bro. Curtis Casmer Osborn, 81 of Providence, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

He was head of maintenance for 48 years at Hoover in Providence.

Bro. Curtis was former pastor and member of Pentecostal Prayer Chapel.

He is preceded in death by his son, Jeff Osborn, in 1992, and a grandson, Richard Jr., in 1985.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Betty Shoulders Osborn of Providence; one son, Richard Osborn (Schyrel) of Providence; one sister, Eula Mae Lantrip (Billy) of Manitou; two brothers, Paul Osborn of Bowling Green, and Bobby Osborn of Nebo; five grandchildren, Sherry Barron, Nikki Burton, Carrie Fulton, Ashley Fulton and Brennan Railey; and five great-grandchildren, Autumn, Austin, and Aaron Miller, Bo, and Farrah Burton.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 17, at 11:00 a.m. at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, with Bro. Joe David Laffoon officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Manitou.  

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 16, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Vanover Funeral Home, and on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until service time.
