Fred Kremer Robinson, Sr., age 76, of Princeton, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.

He was a retired underground coal miner at Dotiki Mine in Webster County, KY and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Princeton. Fred was one of the special ones. If you knew him, you loved him. He prided himself as a hard worker to provide for his family during his younger years. His most cherished days were those spent with his loving wife of 52 years, Judy Hall Robinson, feeding squirrels in the backyard, maintaining his beloved yard, taking care of his pets and watching his grandchildren discover their love of cheerleading and sports. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, known for his humor and personable wit .... truly one of a kind. Heaven got a good one!

Fred is survived by his wife of almost 53 years, Judy Robinson; daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Kevin Berg of Franklin, TN; son and fiancé, Fred Robinson, Jr. and Michell Wallace of Princeton; two grandchildren Olivia and Spencer Robinson; former daughter-in-law, Dana Fort of Hopkinsville; five sisters, Mary Terrell of Clay, Barbara Devine of Providence, Joyce Harmon of Clay, Margaret Harris of Madisonville, Betty Sue Robinson of Clay; one brother, Wendell Robinson of Providence; numerous friends all of whom he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Eli and Anna Belle Hess Robinson; two sisters, Katherine McVay and Barbara Jean Robinson; two brothers, James Hubert Robinson and Gerald Clifton Robinson.

Visitation for Fred Robinson will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 10 to 11:45 a.m. at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton.

Graveside services will follow at 12 p.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Princeton, KY with Bro.Kyle Noffsinger officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made in Fred’s memory to Southside Baptist Church Building Fund, 205 Nichols Street, Princeton, KY 42445 and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 and Linda Rose Crenshaw Veterinary Fund, c/o Luna Vet Clinic, 51 Old Fredonia Rd.
